Occupying 150,000 square feet, including our corporate offices, our Cincinnati foundry operation specializes in jobbing and mid-volume applications. For production runs as few as 1 to lots of 1000; alloys in aluminum from 242 through the 800 series; bronze from 115 through everdur; and casting sizes from square inches to 18 square feet, this foundry accomodates a multitude of customer objectives. Utilizing air set, green sand and permanent mold processes, castings are designed and manufactured to comply with a variety of product standards from commercial to military specifications. Very diverse market segments are served, including diesel engine, compressed air, commercial lighting, automotive, hydraulics, railroad, and machine tools.
