DESIGN AND ENGINEERING 

From initial receipt of your Request for Quote, projects are assigned a manager to shepherd all phases of design, manufacturing and product launch. Customer objectives are defined to engineering, and all production options are considered. To aid in this analysis, we provide rapid prototyping, 3D solid modeling, and solidification modeling. Our CAD/CAM systems are able to receive data directly from customer files. 

PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY 

Our metallurgists, using sophisticated software, can provide computer modeling of gating and cooling operations. Virtually every "what if" can be addressed. Ongoing process control includes non-destructive tests such as brinell hardness, fluorescent penetrant, X-ray, coordinate measuring, alu-delta and photo-micrographs. Destructive testing such as tensile, spectrometry, and diamond polishing are employed to study latent characteristics. 

SECONDARY SERVICES 

Our Sidney, OH facility houses a full service machine shop. Finish machining, impregnation, parts assembly, and packaging are available in-house.  Adjunct capabilities include polishing, coating, and painting.
